We feel honored to be listed in the C.O.T.C as you call it, lol. We are winners every time that one of you takes the time to listen to our songs. And by listen we don't just mean push play but actually sit and listen to what we're doing at and what we are trying to say with our music, so thank you from our hearts. We've experienced something unequivocal here on steemit.

That’s also the highest desire of my creations - for the audience/listeners (including judges) to drop the finger off their trackpad for a few minutes or so and really absorb what is being shared and conveyed. I don’t say that as an expectation though, because I know just how much the judges have to sift through, but i do know that the several minutes I commit to tape (figuratively speaking) are really the culmination of tens of thousands of hours of hard work spanning decades, all condensed down into those few minutes.
Those that are nascent may or may not really understand that yet, but they will when they get to my age and have been intensely grinding away for so so long.
That’s why these beautiful words of acknowledgment that @passion-ground has shared mean so much to me and I think to the broader community.

Chris, and Katya, man... that's such a beautiful thing for you guys to say. I am totally down with you on the "unequivocal" aspect of what's taking place here... And what's going down in such astounding fashion is in large part due to the contributions of artists like yourselves. You guys truly rock from your intro's to your outro's and throughout all of the rather tasty meat in between... Yeah - I sit and listen to it all from top-to-bottom! .x
