My County Is Now Open

County Commissioner Clint Didier motioned to end recognition of the governor's stay at home emergency proclamation and it was unanimously supported.

Didier says the motion is worded the way it is to make to clarify that resuming work is up to the employee's.

Commissioner Didier's full motion:
"I move that Franklin County end recognition of the governor's stay at home emergency proclamation" that is now deemed unconstitutional. We support the reopening for all builders & small business that want to work."
