Boneless Lechon (One Photo Everyday [3/365])
Like most Filipino dishes, lechon has its different variations and preparations across the Philippines. This lechon belly is an oven roasted pork belly rolled and stuffed with herbs and spices. Unlike the tradition cooking of lechon using a bed of charcoal, roasting it in an oven would make the cooking easier and simpler. If you want to know about how to cook this dish, dont ask me. search the recipe in google. 😂😂. I dont even know how to cook this food.
