yes onecoin is 100% a scam. has an affiliate program, which most pyramid schemes have, they have no coin on the market, and they have no proof of a developed blockchain

The only real losers are the investors in this 'coin' as it really sells educational packages, and the coins are given away for free, because they have no value.
