WAVES vs OmiseGo (OMG)

They sound similar in their overviews. From what tiny bit of research I've done (OMG) looks like the better bet because of the creators involved and good ol' McDonalds contract it supposedly received. Can I please get some thoughts on which one you believe is better, not doing both, and why?
