One of my favorite events in track and field then men's 100m sprint!
This guy is incredible being the first sprinter to win GOLD in the event three consecutive times in a row!
He also has the world record for fastest footspeed:
44.64 km/h (12.4 m/s or 27.8 mph)
Somehow he makes it looks so easy, and that is what I love about his running.
The guy is truly incredible. Sure he's talented.. but what sets him a part is his insane work ethic.
I love hearing stories of people who not only have the raw talent but put in the work to be elite.
One of my favorite athletes of all time for sure.
He was a well-deserved ego. Haha.
