I would highly recommend you to read "Atomic Habits" to learn how little changes can impact your life, I wanna share a little story of British cycle team struggling to win an Olympic medal and then Sir Dave Brailsford joined British cycling team as a coach and he identifies some small small things and changed that which eventually help the team and players, for example he changes the color of walls where they live for positive vibes, changed the cycle seats and make it more comfortable for riders and by changing these small things British cycle team shocked the whole world by winning multiple championships in next 10 years.
The idea was to improve yourself 15 on daily basis which is 37.7% in a year means one can improvise them by 37% by improving only 1% in daily basis.
