Professor Alexander Chernetsky at the Moscow Georgi Plekhanov Institute discovered the power benefits of tapping vacuum plasma energy. He build a new type of high-frequency plasma generator that could give out power almost 5 greater than the energy it consumed. He came to the USA and like all free energy inventors died suddenly. He had a car "accident".
