I lost 5 friends and they took suicide.

I know they are overwhelmed by problems but we never saw it coming.
We never saw it coming because they are not talking about it.
People who have suicidal attempts will never talk about
killing themselves.

If they are gone, people they left behind will start asking themselves

"What I have done to lose someone?"
"what I have done to lose him/her?"
"I am not a good parent!"
"I am not a good friend"

That is the biggest pain and the worst one

you died because of problems and you choose not to talk about it
You died and we will never see you anymore
Once you are gone, you are gone
You will not be a ghost that you can visit your home again
You are somewhere, sleeping
Even at the end of time, when we accidentally see each other
For sure we cannot acknowledge one another

Missing them is a continues Struggle

You start looking for their things
your tears are flowing
You start to remember all the wonderful memories you had with them
You start laugh and you start crying
After that, you don't want to continue living
Because everyday is a struggle and it is painful

If you have problems and it is overwhelming, Find Someone to Talk to Help You

For sure, with millions of people in the world
If you are shy to share your problems with your family
There are places for counseling that will guide and support you
they will keep everything confidential
Those people exists for a reason
The reason is "YOU"
Share and Face your problems

Your mother gave birth to you
it was a tremendous pain
Even your father,
He is scanning every guy that are around you
Teasing you because you are so beautiful
everyone loves you
Your sister adores you, she wants to have your hair
She wants to look like a doll
Your friends loves to hang out with you,
because you are funny
you might not have these people, but this is the reality
You have people that will hurt when you kill yourself

Whatever it is, Choose life
Choose to solve your problems
Every inch of a day, you will realize what really matters
Time to relax and figure it out
There is always a solution
