Lunch from the Depths of the Sea
. The catch for a fresh lunch has little to do with it Loligo vulgaris , Squila mantis , Striped red mullet , Common pandora , Marbled electric ray , Palaemon elegans , Merluccius merluccius , Common sole , Trigla lyra

. very unusual, though, and this skin is unusual

. I went a little farther from my house and picked myself up for a fine young nettle fresh from the wild
, then the young wild fennel
, and the seeds that are left on the flower are very rare and give great taste to the wild fennel seeds
, in terracotta I put twigs of Rosemary with a few of its flowers I paint the wild Sage and the leaves of Yarrow
, cutting into finely wild fennel which I will put in terra cotta and to prepare the soup
, cutting into small wild nettles that I will put in terracotta and to prepare the soup
, this is an old pot of mine grandma and great for me to cook soups , I put rosemary seeds in the water to let them cook a little
, I put the rosemary and nettle sliced in terracotta
, red onion sliced at will
, put in soup and add sliced carrots and garlic
, and in terracotta I added carrots garlic and red onion
, I arranged the seafood
, and in the soup I put just a little bit of those sea creatures to cook to be fine to eat
, I put tomato sauce in the soup, it tastes better to let it cook a little now
, in fish and seafood I topped the tomato sauce
, no fish without wine
, homemade farmhouse wine aged 3 years
, let the fish swim in the wine
, this three day old bread will come in handy
, at the end of cooking the soup I put the pasta to cook and the old bread to have a great aroma and not as messy as a fresh century compact and juicy full of the aroma of the soup
, I let it cool down a bit in the oven and went outside and started eating
, this is what my mom left . fine she took the best . they had a nice lunch and she tells me "it was not very good" but the important thing is that they ate it.
what I was left with was so soft and juicy with them
