Banana Blueberry Overnight Oats
Using two of my favorite fruits, Banana and Blueberry, I have come to enjoy overnight oats. I used 1 cup of whole rolled oats, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 large banana sliced, about 15 pcs of blueberries, honey and chia seeds. This is a healthy dessert option for those trying to lose weight or achieve balanced diet.
