Sorry for the delayed answer. I hope you participated in the snapshot :)
IGNIS will be distributed on the 01.01.2018 when the Ardor blockchain goes live (because IGNIS is a child chain of ardor). Regarding NXT, you have to decide on your own. I think NXT still has a lot of potential and is going to be supported for at least 3 more years. But it could enter a bearish trend now, after the snapshot. It's definitely a hodl coin, but if you want to play the market, you could sell now and buy in at a lower price (my target is 1000 satoshi). But as always, you don't know for sure.
