NXT Wallet Encourages Scam Currencies and Assets

I'm writing this post because I got scammed out of 15,000 NXT on the NXT wallet. I have had 15,000 NXT for a while now and I have been trying to exchange NXT to JLRDA since they began their ICO (Ignis). I can tell you this the ICO has been horrendous and time consuming.

They have you wait all hours of the day for a 30min window in order to exchange your NXT to JLDRA. Every time I would wait to try to make the exchange, all of the tokens would be bought before I could even make an exchange. We later learned to find out that a bot was flooding the orders and essentially was taking all of the tokens. All in all the process has been pain staking and frustrating for most NXT users.

On August 31st someone sent me 2 JLRDA to my NXT account (wallet). So I went ahead to see how this happened but I also clicked on my assets when I got there I selected JLRDA and saw that I could exchange my NXT right there. The name JLRDA was exactly the same name as the one they were using for the ICO so I figured is was legit. I tested this out with 1 NXT and I got more JLRDA so I thought this was going to be easy and quick. I ended up sending all of my NXT (15,000) and received JLRDA for it. I later learned to find out that this was just a scam and people can pose as a fake asset and call it "JLRDA"

I should have used my better judgement and read a bit more before I did anything else. I reached out to both NXT and Jelurida to explain what happened. I also mentioned they are allowing users to create fake assets and currencies on their own platform which blows my mind. They should never allow such a thing, the only currencies that should be accepted are the ones they own or ones that are legitimate like any other exchange.

If you see below there are thousands or bogus currencies.. the worst thing about this is that users can actually rename a currency to a fool a user so they can steal their funds.

I am definitely not impressed with the process of this entire ICO and even more upset on how they allow users to create bogus currencies. All I asked them to do is disable this so no one else has their NXT stolen and make this more legitimate. I'm sure they have enough funds in their account to reimburse people who got scammed using their platform. Yes I know I should have been more cautious but I hope some new users don't get screwed like I did.

Any NXT donations will be appreciated, I am just trying to get my NXT back to 15,000 - nothing more nothing less. Ideally NXT should fund me the shares since they are allowing this kind of behavior on their platform.
