Do you even understand that the reason you're able to type BS (bullshit) like this onto a computer is because one of your ancestors tens of thousands of years ago figured out how to transform food by applying heat?

Well, if this was bullshit to you then the arguments you are putting forward are worse.

Basically, you are being dumber right now than a caveman who thought the sun was a god and that sneezes meant the devil was inside you.

True, it can only be a caveman who will think the Sun as some god or the sneezes to be an indicator of a devil sitting inside you. Looks like you haven't came out of the caves yet!

The invention of cooking was a pivotal moment in humankind that allowed our brains to get bigger. Cooking unlocked the food, and basically pre-digested it.

If cooking was an invention then uncooking is a bigger invention than that. There is not a single evidence to support that cooked or pre-digested food ever resulted in bigger brains for homo sapiens. In fact, if you will feed pre-digested meals to your digestive system, it will obviously get lazy and weak. Whereas brain developed because the humans managed to devote more time in thinking through their brains instead of just hunting for the food esp. after the invention of agriculture.

Go ahead and do an experiment where you eat raw meat for a year and see how that goes. Enjoy all the living parasites and living bacteria and the simple challenge of chewing.

You don't even know that meat is NOT a food for your body. In this world only plants know to prepare food. All other beings are directly or indirectly dependent on plants for their energy. So if you have brains, you would consume your food directly from the primary source. So you need to go for completely plant-based diet ...a new realization or invention for you!

You have a bigger brain than the ancestors responsible for giving it to you. Use it.

Yes, all these realization is the outcome of that bigger brain. You are still following the caveman's approach. So what's the use of that bigger brain you have got. Do start thinking right away.

Also fermented foods are very good for you. Most of the cells that comprise you aren't actually you. They are your microbiome. Fermented foods feed that part of you.

Yes, first you destroy the microorganism colonies in your gut by consuming cooked food. Then you want to re-grow that micro-biome ecosystem back by struggling to consume more and more fermented food. Is this what you got bigger brain for?

I just re-read this, and Great point about brains becoming bigger simply by USING them! Don't people realize that caveman is a complete oxymoron ? Humans are tropical species...requiring sunlight for optimal performance!
