Cada día procuro consumir agua tibia con limón en ayuna para fortalecer :

  • El sistema inmunologíco
  • Energía para poder cumplir nuestras actividades
    *Al consumirse el limón se convierte en alcalino y es depurativo para el colón evitando así enfermedades intestinales
