Basic Nutrition for Slimming

Summer it's hot and you think your body it's still too fat for beaches. Well for those who doesn't want to go to the gym or take supplements or chemicals no worries. You can loose fat fast, in a natural way and without spend a lot of money. Just follow my 2 rules: 

1. NEVER GIVE UP

2. FOLLOW MY ADVICE

The girl you see in this photo is a professional Fitness girl so forget to become like her just with my nutrition basic plan. But the first step to climb the pyramid it's always the hardest to make it so in the near future you could be like her or him....

So let's follow my plan:

1. Wake up in the morning between 6 and 9 a.m.

2. Go outside your home and start running very slowly for around 40 minutes.

3. As soon as you get back at your house eat before taking shower 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 5 nuts without salt and 30gr. of ginger (the natural one).

4. After 3 hours from your first meal eat again: yogurt with no fat for around 100gr. 

5. Lunch is arrived, but do not forget! Only 3 hours after your past meal: ONLY 1 scoop of oil with fish (250 gr.) cooked via hoover and nothing else.

6. Again 3 hours later eat only vegetables(100 gr.), any kind.

7. Finally! The dinner it's ready. This will be your last meal of the day and always 3 hours after the last meal: 1 scoop of oil with 350gr of fish cooked with a cooking pan, vegetables (100gr.) 

8. After 3 hours go to sleep and start again the next day. This plan must be followed for 21 days to have viewable results. Never use salt! Never! Neither sugar! Never.
