Nubits dropped to 55¢

in #nubits7 years ago

Nubits was trending down toward the half dollar amount. By now it has recovered to 60¢. If nubits can recover it's peg, buyers at this price would see a 67% return!

Now on the other hand, it could take months to recover. So, you might be better off continuing to hold your assets. I am rather risk adverse myself. I don't buy ICOs.

If you spent your cigarette money when it was trading at 65¢, I wouldn't panic. The worst that could happen ia you live a month smoke free until your next paycheck. Then you can go back to your habit if you feel you miss that nicotine. But then say your habit costs you $200 a month and you get that 50% return I predicted. Turn around and use that money to make even more.

Which exchange do you usually use for it?

I am not actually sure. You see my wallet is multi-coin and it tells me what the price is. I sometimes look at coinmarketcap.com for the rates. Nubits was available on Bittrex last time I checked but lately I have not been actively trading.

"Usually" is not the word. I don't buy Nubits anymore. I used to buy and sell at Bittrex. But then I would hold it in a wallet where the keys are on my device. There was a time when Bittrex wouldn't let me withdraw. They held coins at ransom and wouldn't release them until users revealed their identities. Even after that some were not able to withdraw their coins.

So, now I use Shape-shift and Changelly and to some extent Blocktrades. These are exchanges that send you what you buy as soon as they get their coins. Which means they do not hold any coins on behalf of their users.

I see, yeah I remember reading on one of the forums during the time withdrawals were disabled.

but it doesn't seem easy to quit for a month? you would have to control your emotions and nerves well, these ups and downs (plus the downs) of the coins are for crazy people.... I admit that I despair, excuse my inlges use translator.
