I guess there should be some age of consent but not as high as 18? If so how old? Fifteen, fourteen, thirteen?

There are relationships where one is over 18 and the other is 15. This is not pedophilia.

I know someone who had been with her husband since she was 14. The relationship lasted until the husband was murdered in a robbery. Poor woman. Her son was so devastated as well.

My first memory of having the hots for someone was when I was eleven. Sure, it seems that 18 is kind of too old for the age of consent. People were considered adult when they were 13 in Roman times. So, it certainly has not been constant throughout history.
