The guy on the right is TJ, a/k/a David Hansen, a CONVICTED PEDOPHILE that Troy TRANSPORTED ACROSS STATE LINES from Connecticut to NY, and had him stay at his homestead for a few weeks, under the guise of "ministering" to him in his role as a "missionary" for his cult church, Christian Assemblies International.

During TJ's stay, Troy had other guests, a family with several young children and TROY DID NOT INFORM THEM OF TJ'S STATUS AS A CONVICTED PEDOPHILE!!!
