El dormir nos trae muchos beneficios a la salud y a nuestro bienestar por ello desde el 2007 se ah creado en marzo el día mundial del sueño donde se conmemora la grandiosa actividad que nos lleva a levantarnos con buen pie, con buena energía y con mas ánimos. En este evento fue creado en New York y en el participan 17 países en tal causa.
