Hexadecimal facilitates the use of binary. For humans binary is tedious to work with, alternatively we use hexadecimal. The two by four rectangles are only spacers. So the top four squares that make up the top half of the rectangles are the zero boundaries or 0000. The bottom boundaries are 1111. By osculating the squares that make up the rectangles we can form the hexadecimal logograms shown here. Note worthy, is the apparent pattern of 0s and 1s made more evident as a character or the hexadecimal logograms. Compare the hexadecimal characters on the opposite side of the page.
