Making organic pancakes for breakfast :)
When I make pancakes I start before bedtime, mixing flour and kefir.
I use a bit more kefir then flour. For to day i had about 4-5 dl flour. The batter is wet, but not watery.
When I'm done mixing I let the batter rest overnight with a bag over it.
This morning I started with roasting some bacon.
I then added 4 eggs, and spices by feeling (himalayan salt, cinnamon and cardamom)
The last step is to add butter, and water until the batter has a suiting consistency.
Then your good to go!
I add bacon on each pankake while frying.
Here's the result!

Next time I'll try to write ingredients better, but I cook without recipes :D Which makes it a little harder to write down...
