I have noticed on the wallet their is a APR% but it always stays at Zero. What is the minimum about of SBD we need before receiving interest?
Second question is it even worth it keeping any SBD on hand because it looks like we earn / benefit more by converting SBD to steempower because it helps the account to grow faster.

    1. The witnesses decide how much % APR we get on the diferent accounts. It is we, the members of Steemit who decide who is the witnesses https://steemit.com/~witnesses at any given time.
    2. If you ask us the answer is Steem Power is the name of the game. If you want to get wealty in the future get as much Steem Power as you can. Steem Power gives you so many things that it is an education in itself.

    Thank you for the great reply @babsboard. My account is still dust level so will just be powering everything up for the foreseeable future.

    Steemit is a long term investment not just get rich scheme for me. Not sure if you guys covered this already in SteemitSkolen.
    Maybe an article about Witnesses and how to go about finding the best ones to vote for or a list of preferred witnesses to vote for since I won't even know who is good or not. Also maybe what type of roles they play in Steemit.
