First mackerel i caught this year

I got 4 pictures i want to share with you guys, the first pictures are taken about 20 minutes ago and i think the sky is absolute fantastic with all those colors. What do you guys think? Remember to comment.

The first mackerel is always the tastiest. But I feel the taste gets kind of boring during the summer. It's really bothering me as mackerel are a great source to high value nutrition.
Last year I smoked some on the kulegrill by laying grein av rogn on the grill. That was a great success.
I eat much fish in summer and try to mix it up so i don't get bored of it :) But last day i got 1 cod and 2 saithe we fried with some spices. It tasted delicious :)
