Recipe - Super Tasty Gluten And Lactose Free Fishpie
Gluten and Lactose Free Fishpai
Dough:
2.5 dl gluten free flour
100 g milk-free margarine
2 tablespoons water
Filling:
5 eggs
2 dl soy milk
2 salmon fillets
2 cod fillets
1 yellow onion
6 mushrooms
1/2 red sweet peppers
1 small bag of spinach
150gr goat feta cheese
2 tablespoon lemon drops
2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten free)
Oil, salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Make the margarine into small cubes and use your fingers to crumble them into the flour in a bowl.
2. When everything is mixed and you have a nice crumb dish, be careful, add the water a little by little, until the dough collects.
3. Pour the dough into a pie dish, put small holes in the bottom and fry 180 degrees (upper and lower heat) for approx. 10 minutes.
4. While the crust is getting ready you start on the fill. Roughly chop the onion and fry it in some oil together with sliced mushrooms. Put into a bowl.
5. Cut the fish into 2 cm cubes and fry with some oil. Add all the vegetables to the pan and turn in fresh spinach until it falls slightly.
6. When the pie crust is finished, you have the fill. Mix together eggs and milk, soy sauce and lemon drops and pour over the fillet almost up to the edge. Distribute cubes of feta cheese evenly over the top and insert into the oven.
7. Cook 180 degrees (over and under heat) for approx. 40 minutes.
