North Korea...some good things this week
Saw on facebook trending (source was aljazeera) Kim says hold off on missiles aimed at Guam. Not surprising. Also, this week Trump got assurance from China that if attacked the Chinese would not interfere in any U.S. military strike. So you can sort of see where this is going. The Chinese assurance is very, very, important. The Chinese would want some minerals North Korea has but that's about it. To them...this is almost just a big headache with potential refugees. However it seems they have agreed the North Koreans are on their own if they do anything stupid. Only in the worst case scenario should air superiority be used. At that point the United States counts on South Korea. If you crater the airfields and destroy as much artillery as possible the North would be in just complete disarray. I think people would be shocked in a good way if Korea was one day united. Long story short...North Korea is seeing that they are completely and utterly isolated. It will probably just continue although it is a shame for the people enslaved in that country.
