Justice is not Subject to Modification
This is a persistent logical fallacy that rears its ugly head so often, it no longer seems out of place to most. We are assaulted on a regular basis, with nonsensical terms, like “social justice,” “economic justice,” “environmental justice,” etc... But, what is not discussed, is that the meaning of the word justice is nullified by the inclusion of a modifier. Justice is an all-encompassing state of existence, and that state does not exist if justice is applied to one group, or one aspect of human life. The foundation of justice, is the defense of individual rights and property rights. Social justice and economic justice, are aspects of the acknowledgement of the inherent rights, bestowed upon all humans at birth. And environmental justice is the natural result of property rights. I can not pollute the environment, as I only own one tiny little fraction of this planet. Justice is respect for the default state of human dignity.
