Also, dried herbs are easy to get, but seeds or live plants are harder to get & can make a lot of money. Here's a business in France that sells seeds & plants for you to compare prices - https://www.ethnoplants.com/gb/ If people dry herbs themselves, from their own plants, then they could also harvest some of the seeds to make extra money. Sometimes, the seeds are worth more that the herbs you have dried to sell. You can probably get some rare seeds that others won't be able to find, especially if you or your family has lived in the area, & you know your local plants well. The even collect them in a special seedbank at Kew Gardens, which would probably pay quite highly for good seeds.
