Right now nitrogensports is only accepting bitcoin which is becoming a problem with the high fees.
They really miss out on smaller players who want to benefit from their excellent odds. For now it's waiting to see in the bitcoin transaction prices come down again or if other payment systems will get accepted by nitrogen.
Using a service like changelly might also be an option to send altcoins but I'm not sure about what the exact costs are.
