Nintendo Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Pocket Pair for “Pal World”! \ 任天堂が「パルワールド」のポケットペアに特許権侵害訴訟提起か！？

任天堂は、ゲームソフトの「パルワールド」が複数の特許権を侵害しているとして、開発会社のポケットペア（東京都品川区）に対して、侵害行為の差し止めや損害賠償を求めて東京地方裁判所に18日訴訟を提起したと発表したそうなのですが個人的には、似たようなキャラクターが多いような感じがしますし新しいキャラクターはもう生み出せないような感じがします。

Nintendo announced that it filed a lawsuit against Pocket Pair (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), a developer of the “Pal World” game software, in the Tokyo District Court on August 18, seeking an injunction against infringement and compensation for damages. Personally, I feel that there are too many similar characters and that new characters can no longer be created.
