ABOUT NIGHT

I wrote this poem,
With the blast of dust and storms,
The roar of the thunder rains,
And the time boom from your exhaling eyes
I wrote this poem,
With a lightless lantern,
That makes the song wistful,
And the voices staggered
I wrote this poem,
With the dim light,
Together with the night,
Together with the wind that infiltrated,
On the sidelines of your sleep, baby
I greet you in silence,
Meet in an abstruse little street,
Without passing words,
Without skipping the traces of the letters

Tonight, the lamp does not need the lantern
Lanterns do not need light
Light does not need light
Go in peace, you are not peaceful anymore!...

Aku tulis syair ini,
Bersama hembusan debu dan badai,
Derasnya gemuruh hujan petir,
Dan ledakan waktu dari matamu yang mendesir
Aku tulis syair ini,
Bersama lentera tanpa cahaya,
Yang membuat lagu melirih,
Dan suara-suara tertatih
Aku tulis syair ini,
Bersama cahaya redup,
Bersama malam yang mendegup,
Bersama kibasan angin yang menyusup,
Di sela-sela tidurmu, sayang
Aku menyapamu dalam hening,
Berpapasan disebuah jalan kecil yang muskil,
Tanpa dilewati kata-kata,
Tanpa dilewati jejak-jejak huruf

Malam ini, pelita tak membutuhkan lenteranya
Lentera tak membutuhkan cahaya
Cahaya tak membutuhkan sinar
Pergilah dengan damai, kau tak tentram lagi!
