At about 2330hrs on 15 Jul, suspected cultists attacked Total facility in Obagi and opened fire on total personnel in the area. The incident is believed to be in continuous protest in a bid to revoke the decision of the community to bring in OSPAC security team, due to high rate of insecurity in the area. Two Total security vans were allegedly ambushed and snatched from the security personnel and then used to gain access into the facility. You'll recall that Obite and Akabuka police stations were attacked by cultists within the week.
