The only challenge is the 58.9 SP that he has wich is less that 125 SP that is required. What I am doing here is to encourage newbies to grow in SP as quickly as possible and not to always power down their steemit earnings. If I was in the habit of powering down every 7 days at the beginning, my growth rate would have been impeded.
