• Financial heroes \ Local champions
• Unhealthy(envy)
• Formation of cliques
• ldentity crisis
• Transferred aggression - pouring venom on orders unjustly (explosion)
• Exploitation
• Negative criticisms
• Unguarded utterances

THE WAYS FORWARD

• Dialogue (similar to oputa panel ) Be open
• sincere solidarity
• Joint planning of pastoral programs
• Knowing about our priorities \ values
• Clarification between our needs and wants
• Conversion and reconciliation
• Maintain and strive to promote the TRUTH, no matter the situation. Be truthful and fearless remove the they in we and they syndrome
• Be humble yo share
• Discourage the tendency of the lords and masters
• Brorherly correction
• Struggle not to liveva double life learn to be yourself * Learn from one another
• Associate with yourself

CONCLUSION

From the above stated points, we can conclude that more than ever before, all Christ faithful have a great task to be done. We need to stand firm and be true to our calling instead of being timid, lukewarm and afraid to stick out our necks for fear of being labelled. We should not be afraid to profess our faith no matter what happens. This is why today there is need to be shining example to one another. It is then that other people can appreciate us and our calling as children of God.
We are called to total conversion in a celebration of joy, love and rejoicing. Conversion is the first word of Jesus Christ's preaching. Repent and believe the Good News. Through conversion, one is then prepared to believe, since God reaches us in what is familiar and easy for us to verify, because it constitutes our daily context. This means that faith is not a phenomenon of cult. It is not a sentiment, but it daily encounter with a human reality.

Let us therefore, be real children of God united by _ faith_ ,_ hope _ and _ charity _, and maintain a constant dialogue with God in _ prayer _. Our faith in God should be well coordinated and directed in our society in other to make the society better place. Let us have a new orientation in our approach to mission and maintain our firm belief without wavering no matter the situation.
In any situation, we must not despair. We need to bear in mind that on life journeys there are storms. There are days off sun and shadow. There are differences and misunderstanding. There can be conflict. Why? Because we are bad? No! Because we are human? Yes! Undoubtedly, everyone has his or her own problems, but the most important thing is to recover from them and strive to move forward without allowing this problems to weigh him or her down. We need to go beyond our limitations rather than moaning. it is time for her ACTION.
