BOARD PACKAGE / BOARD INTERVIEW

You will likely be asked questions about your background, finances, interest in the building, home life, hobbies, job, renovation plans, and pet. Pet owners will often participate in a pet interview to ensure the pet is friendly and well-trained.
During our preparation process, we will role-play the answers to these questions to ensure the board sees you as a promising candidate. Generally speaking, they approve candidates who are respectful, clean, quiet, and financially secure.
