Blog Post #3: Starting over, Happy New Year 2018

I've been hearing lots of people say "leave your problems behind 2017", but the thing is that it's not that easy for most of us. Troubling memories can make it hard to live in the present, old problems tend to stick with us and don't just stay behind. Moving on is hard especially if you're still tied up to the past, and these causes a great deal of stress and anxiety.

I personally had plenty of bad situations and obstacles this year. Small problems eventually give rise to even bigger problems, and it's better to get them settled before it gets out of hand.

It's inevitable to not solve all your problems, but it's better than solving none at all.

Don't get me wrong guys, I love the idea of New Year and that feeling of rebirth you get as the clock hits 12, but its even better going to 2018 knowing you have less things to worry about.

2017 has been a roller coaster ride but nonetheless I’m grateful for everything.

I'm thankful for all the positive things and to all the lessons I learned from my mistakes and misfortunes. May we all have a great year ahead of us! Happy New Year Steemians!!
