It would be rather ironic if they start printing SBD again if it goes significantly above $1.00... given how much effort has gone into burning SBD...
Starts to look a bit like a government bureaucracy: lot of people doing lots of work, all to we can end up in exactly the same place.
Busybodies are going to busybody. SBD shot up multiples of $1 on its own in the past.
Isn't that the plan though? What is the point of sbd if it's not being printed?
This is why I am not as exuberant about crypto as a lot of people here. It may be a step up from what we have, but then again, who knows what problems we will run into. I feel as long as people are working on building trust and decentralizing power we will be ok though, regardless of what form it takes
Not to mention the fat salaries earned by doing that heavy work.
Oh yes! without a doubt all this endeavor looks pretty ironic. Isn't it?
If SBD goes significantly above $1.00, according the known old 'rules', they will have to start printing SBD once again. To end up in exactly the same place. Rinse & Repeat!
Well, unless all these Burnt Potatoes initiative is no more than a newish evil complot of the government bureaucracy & elites to reserve the SBDs exclusively for witnesses, devs & SPS own use and eventually fishy future maneuvers. LoL
