I really like the SPS voting on Steem Peak. Their FAQ also explained it really well. I'm only voting for 2 proposals now, but we will see what happens as people figure out what they want to use it for. Some of the current proposals look like cash grabs that will only benefit a few people.
Yes, SteemPeak is doing amazing job with their updates. True about ongoing proposals but it will mature with time.
