Russia has blamed Israel for the loss of 15 army officers in a crash in a Syrian civilian military plane. The plane was grounded on Monday in Syrian coastal city of Latakia.
Russia has claimed that the crash occurred in the wake of the Syrian air defense regime to prevent Israel's missile attack.
