I agree with you 100%. He might end up lobbing
a missile at another mostly empty base though,
just so that he can appear as if though he is doing
something to address the issue. If this is used to
keep boots on the ground in Syria or launch a real
attack, then I fear he may be a very clever Neocon.
Trump seems very good at keeping people guessing.

@thoughts-in-time I agree too and I don't believe he's a Neocon. We're just not used to 4D chess.
