This Chimpanzee Shot Himself In The Head After The IRS Uncovered His Tax Fraud Scheme

So you say the chimpanzee shot himself in the head after the IRS found his tax evasion scheme. That seems like a very far stretch. I know monkeys are smart start but this is really stretching it thin. Made me smile though.
