Tesla can save Puerto Rico's Electric Grid
After Hurricane Maria made landfall in Puerto Rico in September, it left PR without power. Since then about approximately 25% of that lost power has been recovered. Tesla did play some part in that but they can do so much more once officials give them the clearance. Tesla has already powered small islands using their Powerwall batteries; which, is a battery that stores and generates solar energy to power homes. 
This project can become a very important flagship for Tesla. At the same time providing a newer and better electric grid for PR. After posting the tweets Puerto Rico's Governor Ricardo Rossello also responded to Elon Musk about the circumstances in PR. Talks can be under way with Tesla restoring the electric grid for PR. The only interference that comes in the way with tesla restoring the grid, is that there are companies like Sonnen and Sunnova Energy who are also helping PR recover and can also return power to the grid.
