Some weeks ago there were reports that US troops entered the Philippines, to the surprise of President Duterte. Do you have any more information regarding this report? Specifically, if it did happen, are these US forces combating the terrorists?

What I remember President Duterte saying was that the US offered to help...he can't say no.

It is important to note that US troops aren't the CIA. Trump didn't send the CIA, he sent troops, at least this is what I have heard. What I want to know is if those troops were sent, if those troops are in cahoots with the CIA created terrorists, or if those troops are fighting the terrorists.
There is no question but that the CIA did create al Qaeda, from which ISIS has come. It is a matter of public record, and I have a picture of Zbigniew Brzezinski and Osama bin Laden, when bin Laden was being trained to oppose the Russians in Afghanistan.

Is it a matter of who are the people working for the CIA? camouflaged as anything, can be a US troop for all we know. The natives are saying, the CIA operatives have always been in Mindanao before all these.
