I remember researching Dyncorp and vaccines a few months back and specifically remember reading about the development of plague viruses / botulism / anthrax / nerve agents / etc. by Dyncorps subsiduary Dynport - which has become CSRA .

Very chilling stuff. Basically, my article describes how vaccine companies are possibly creating the virus and then profiting from also developing the vaccine /antidoct at the same time.
