Telangana Student Commits Suicide On Goa BITS Pilani Campus
#Hyderabad: A 21-year-old student of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Goa campus committed suicide by hanging himself in his hostel room on Monday.
C. Narasimha Reddy, a native of Sangareddy was pursuing engineering fourth year at BITS Pilani in computer science stream. On Sunday Reddy's parents came to his hostel to see him. He was with his parents till midnight. Later, they left for the airport to board a flight to Hyderabad. When the parents called their son before boarding the flight, he did not pick the phone.
Suspecting something wrong, they again went to his hostel room and found the youth hanging to the ceiling fan.
Based on the deceased parents' complaint, the police registered a case and the investigation is on.
It is really sad.
