Greetings! I was not saying that the female in the video should have reported this to anyone - she reported it to the world on TV. I'm not sure what would lead you to that conclusion here.
Yes, most people would just think the hispanic lady was imbalanced and/or on drugs until the shooting caused a link to be made back to her words.
I apologize. I just felt it was implied why you stated , "she appears to have not been featured in any publicly released media reports ".

No problem, what I meant was that although she appeared on TV immediately after the event - I don't think her testimony was featured later on in mainstream media as if it were in any way significant.
