Fourteen were detected in managed isolation, while one was a historical case from May which had been confirmed.
The final case, an air flight support crew member, arrived from France on December 22, the ministry said.
A close contact of that person has returned a negative Covid-19 test and has gone into self-isolation.
The Ministry of Health issued a warning on Tuesday as the summer festival and sporting season gets into full swing.

Minister for Covid-19 Response Chris Hipkins says NZ's tracer app use over summer has been woeful.
People should use the Covid Tracer app to check in on all public transport, or keep a record of the times and route they took to get to the event, the ministry said.
On Monday, the Minister for Covid Response, Chris Hipkins, said use of the app had been “woeful” so far over the summer holidays.
“I would say to New Zealanders, there’s a reason we're asking you to keep doing this. It is to make sure that if we need to contact trace, we can quickly stamp out any Covid-19 that gets here,” he said.
“If we're talking about a virus potentially that could be accelerating in the speed in which it can spread, that's where contact tracing and fast contact tracing becomes absolutely essential. So please scan the QR codes.”
