NEWS: JAPAN NATIONAL BROADCAST REPORTS N.KOREAN MISSILE LAUNCH...... THEN APOLOGIZES

I am sure by now you've all heard few days ago the "False Alarm Ballistic Missile Threat " in Hawaii

This time it's Japan's turn to have a similar incident with NHK broadcasting an text alert reporting that North Korea has launched another missille and that citizen should take shelter.
The broadcasters corrected themselves 5 minutes later apologizing for their mistakes:
the news alert sent earlier about NK missile was a mistake. No government J alert was issued
It's seems very peculiar that 2 similar "Missile Alert" incidents would happen in the same week.
I encourage everyone to further investigate , and let me know what you think in the comments.
Could this be a part of an ongoing drill worldwide?
