The Importance of Innovation. 3 Elements.

Today we are discussing innovation and 3 elements to recognize.

"Innovation-make changes in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, or products." Google Dictionary.

Innovation is necessary to provide a better way of life for humanity. We hope that the world we leave to our kids and grandkids will be a little better than previously. Innovation allows this to happen.

I've had the opportunity to meet brilliant people and see exotic places in my videography work. The gentleman speaking in the above video invented Fire Blockade.

I remember one of our conversations about Blockade. Bob gets passionate when he talks about his products(we're only discussing one today). He knows his product is superior to mainstream products. He realizes that potentially millions of lives and endless dollars in property damage could be saved by this one product reaching its full market potential.

"When you fight fire there are three elements you can fight. Oxygen, Fuel, and Temperature," Bob explained.

Take away any of those 3 elements and you take away the chain reaction.

The problem is everyone fights fire by taking away oxygen, which is often ineffective. Bob fights fire by taking away the Fuel and the Temperature.

This is a perfect example of innovation. Bob sees the conventional solutions and logic that is used to solve a problem. He uses a completely different solution that is superior and invents a new product based on his solution.

As stated earlier here are three Elements of Innovation.

Element 1. Innovation recognizes a problem and acknowledges there can be a superior solution.

"But that's the way we've always done it," is not an innovative attitude. Not only is it necessary to recognize a problem, it is also necessary to acknowledge the possibility of a superior solution.

Element 2. People above Profit.

Whether we are talking about Banks and Governments trying to suppress a superior monetary system that grants freedom and power to the people or discussing a superior way to fight fires, it is vital that the good will of the People be placed ABOVE the Profit of the Elite and Wealthy.

Element 3. Creative Genius.

It's so simple yet so incredibly genius. Why hasn't anyone invented a product that fights fire by taking away temperature and fuel before?

To sum things up, I hope that all my readers will keep an eye out for New Innovative Solutions to use to their benefit and even Provide them for others' benefit.
