Forbes Post from a couple weeks ago where his own company talks about using blockchain technology built on a cryptocurrency platform.

I realize it is for a DID system which is the opposite of anonymity (which is part of what he is calling out here) but his answer seems disconnected from what this tech is and comes off as ignorant.

Buffet had similar thoughts but then admitted that he didn't know enough about the space to form a full/real opinion. I expect more from Gates but no matter how much good he and his foundation might do, he is still one person with a lot of power and he can/is wielding it to his gain I am sure.
